Here's the scoop...
Getting started with our administrative and bookkeeping procedures is typically a three-step process, which involves an initial meeting with the client, the set-up process, and establishing the day-to-day (or weekly/monthly) processes to be provided.
- The Initial Meeting
- 1-2 hours in length
- Involves an in-depth discussion of your company, determining what the processes you most require, outlining your responsibilities and those of A.I.
- Set Up
- Generally
consists of one visit to your office to review your software and your administrative procedures and policies.
- If you have an accountant/CPA, we will work with them to review your Chart of Accounts, determine that the right reports are being generated, and include special reports tailored to your specific business.
- Introducing
the staff assigned to your account, if different than the person you met with on the initial visit.
- A review of A.I.’s proposal. If no changes are to be made, signing documents and forms to effectively implement the tasks outlined.
- Day-To-Day Processing, Weekly or Monthly
- A
starting point after the first two steps is generally a 2-4 day process depending on the complexity of your business.
- We will follow and develop the process stated in the contract.
- You will be notified beforehand of
any changes that may incur and not covered in the intitial contract.
- Reports will be delivered in a timely manner according to your direction.
